I really thought when the ad said "you can get any wifi anywhere at anytime" that I can get wifi at my home after the wifi went down and my computer broke.

I'm so lost about how this app works. Does it just tell where free wifi hotspots are and you have to go to that location? Or can you access free wifi from wherever you are?
