This app was supposed to help so I would have to print my ticket vouchers, but crashes every time I try to click voucher. Terrible app

App will crash every time after you enter your booking information. Was trying to use because I was unable to print my ticket. Not sure what to do now!

I tried to use this app last year before my journey to Italy. It's probably the most confusing app I ever used. It looks about the same as it did a year ago. Until it is improved greatly, I won't be downloading it again. I like the site on the internet on my computer but this app for my iPhone is terrible. Sorry.
