Great App!

Green Mountain Farm

I really like this app and will continue to use it, the only thing that took away the fifth star is that it’s kind of hard to edit the site. The computer works a lot better when I’m trying to move things around and edit it to be just right but I like being able to get to my camera roll easily and be able to watch my sites progress from my phone.

love it

Juicey88

My last website platform didn’t have a good app like for my phone . It wasn’t user friendly . This app is amazing

Updating the store

welp121

Sometimes it won’t let my store update but other than that awesome website builder!

Loving it so far!

Lovvlystar

Love that it syncs with Square so seemlessly. The load time for items list, changes, saves and other actions is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

I believe you can do better

Has potential - if it didn’t crash all the time!

App will randomly drop you to the home screen when attempting to upload product photos for a store item. App is still running in background, but reinitiates when selected, and anything you were working on is lost. Happens on iPad and iPod Touch, neither of which are running the troublesome IOS 13. Restarting the app doesn’t resolve the problem, and it doesn’t appear to be item specific, but once it happens on one device, it will happen on all of them. It’s inconsistent and unpredictable - edit dozens of products, new or existing, without problem, and then suddenly POOF! the app closes, any edits you made are lost, and no matter how many times you reopen, hard stop, or reboot, it continues the behavior for an indeterminate amount of time (8+ and counting today...) before working again. No way to report bugs, or contact app devs. This alone is making me seriously reconsider my intent to continue to do business with Square/Weebly; I have already gone out of my way to pass on my experiences to those I know are in the market for an e-commerce solution. That bug aside... The ambiguity and inconsistency of the interface for editing products leaves lots of room for UX improvement; content should be saved dynamically and per field. Certainly not intuitive even for tech-confident users; some edits are saved via an actual ‘Save’ button, some ‘Close’ and others you just ‘<Back’ or ‘X’ out of of, making it unclear if your work will actually be saved. Excessive pagination requires far to many clicks to accomplish simple tasks. Definitely not suitable for tech-hesitant users.

Pending orders

Mattspry

Anytime I try and look at my pending orders, the app crashes.

No technical support.

LinBob

Takes days to get a response. If you do not buy a domaine from them, good luck getting anything to work properly. They have not updated any technical bulletins since square bought them. The instructions for setting up a sub domain do no match that of go-daddy. They close tickets before they are solved. I have a paid business account and still do not get responses.

Just a little more

199gl

Site is easy to set up and work with. Just need a little more tweaking to make it great. An easy way to put up two photos of a single item would be good since some items have two sides for effect. Will be nice if Weebly and Square dashboard functionality are combined making everything in one place. It is simple to remove items which have sold at craft shows or other removals.

Permanent glitch

Faruks the best

Please respond by the time you see this. I have multiple pages on my website right? I added slideshows on almost all of them. Some photos keep going onto other slideshows deleting the original photos I uploaded. Please fix this. I lost so many edited photos because of this and I need them back ASAP
