Couldn't get sound to work and company is very poor at support. Telling me to check FAQ or to make sure my sound is on is not IT support. Everyone that contacts support should have already tried those solutions.

Please allow the user to choose the starting letter. My 2-1/2 year old doesn't make it through the whole alphabet every time. It would be nice to have the option to start from the letter of our choosing in story mode, vs starting at the letter 'A' every time. Otherwise, this is an excellent app for learning the ABC's.
