Signed up for this to use on my wedding day and the next day my email is getting countless spam emails. This is the only thing I’ve signed up for lately and I couldn’t believe the amount is spam my email is getting.

This app is simple enough. It works decently. Unfortunately it’s super difficult to get your guests to actually use it. I had people call me after the wedding and say they wanted to use it but the app and website makes everyone sign up before they can upload pictures. If you’ve got older guests or some tinfoil hat folks, this is a dealbreaker for them. Now, unfortunately because of the pricing structure I’m or the money I put down for a the premium features and not one guest uploaded pictures. If you’ve got super tech savvy guests you might be able to use this, but in that case you probably could get by using some other social media platform. The use case for this was if you have guests that don’t use social media, and unfortunately it requires the same sort of signup that social media apps require.

WedPics is a fun and easy to use app. Downloading is easy and it gives the folks who created the account super easy access to all of their wedding pictures.
Disappointed with the Evolution

I have had this app for over a year in preparation for our wedding, and with all the changes I'm disappointed with how it's evolved (un-evolved?). In the beginning you could create your own albums freely and caption photos, it also contained a countdown and other misc. wedding info. Then they changed everything and it was JUST the photos. I am glad to see that some aspects are returning, like the countdown and albums, but for an app that used to give you everything for free to now charge $60 (!!) to have those features back. Disappointing. Unfortunately, after a year of prep and trying to get friends & family onboard with the app early -- I'll prob end up nixing it all together and going the good "old fashion" Hashtag route :/
My guests loved it!!

This app was a huge hit at my wedding last weekend!! Everyone was having so much fun going around the reception hall, taking photos of one another. I also got some great guest point of view pictures of things such as my first dance with my husband! Awesome app! I'm so glad I used this for me wedding! ?
Great for our wedding

We used this app to gain access to all of the photos from the reception. It seems to be working. I uploaded 230 pics for the bride to check, and so were some other folks. We will see how the happy couple enjoy their treasure trove of photos.
