App does not work as promised

I was sent files by WeTransfer app. I discovered that I needed wedownload app to get the files. I paid for the full version and it's caught in a loop and fails to download the files. So frustrated!!!
Not working for iPhone

It will not download my files onto my iPhone. I have followed the instructions 10 times with zero results. Total letdown.
Downloading large files

This use to work well when I downloaded it last year and paid for it, but now when I try to download files of up to 200MB, it just takes almost an hour or it doesn’t download at all.
