Not sending me notifications!

So weird that WeChat sometimes don’t push notifications while I’m not using it! I checked all my settings but still can’t fix it! I miss 7 out of 10 messages recently! So annoying.
Push notifications do not work

How can something so basic as push notifications for new messages not work unless I open the app and swipe down to refresh?
