Keeps asking for me to ID numbers then says wrong entry: tried 17 times

Sms message problem I tried so many times I don’t know what is I do wrong the number is correct the captcha is correct what else please fix this problem that not only in application but also in the website

The app downloaded perfectly. Select my country (United States of America), no errors. Enter my phone number, select next, enter code in the picture; get a code in Cyrillic. Unfortunately I don’t read that. I click ok enter the number again and get an error the code is wrong. Commence to do this 4-5 more times. I assuming the Cyrillic message is an error. Would be nice if us English speakers could a translation so we can understand the error. If this app doesn’t work in the U.S. we need to be notified before downloading. No warnings or stipulations. Please fix. Will change rating then.
