Hate the new update where you can’t press on a body parts under symptoms! :(

The new symptom checker is horrendously useless. It no longer allows selecting symptoms by body part, or scrolling through a list of general symptoms. Typing I symptoms leads to almost no results. For example, typing in “skin” does not bring up all possible skin symptoms. Selecting “dry skin” only brings up one condition, hypothyroidism. How does that make any sense? I’ve used WebMD for years, but if they do not fix this mistake, they’ve lost me as a user.

The original symptom checker, touching the effected body part, was my favorite.

An “update “ removed the list and body diagram from the symptom checker in favor of a rather opaque search system; worse, they seem to be missing several common medical conditions, symptoms, and medications. Absolutely useless.

They took away the visually appealing human body inside the “Symptom Checker” section. What gives? Now, you have to manually type in what area of the body is effected instead of tapping on it. Also, if you took away the body, why still have it as the logo for the symptom checker? It will cause more confusion! If a CEO or higher officials of WebMD read this, please talk to your software team and tell them the app needs to bring that body back!
