HIPAA Violations Much?

oversmellus

The idea of this app is great. The articles are informative. The interactive nature of it is engaging and helpful. That said, the terms of service and privacy policy clearly state that this app will harvest every bit of information it can from you even if you don’t create a WebMD account. Moreover WebMD will use that harvested information to sell you things. They will also sell your information to anyone willing to buy it. And to make matters worse, the only place you can find the term HIPAA on their website is an article that states what it means. They don’t follow HIPAA standards. They harvest and sell you information to advertisers for products they know you will be buying based on your private health information you are giving them. Also, when flipping through the slides in the user interface if you select one, read the article, and then go back, the app starts you back at the first slide every time. I would give it five stars if it weren’t for the UX issues and the creepy, corporate greed driven privacy violations companies like WebMD are somehow immune from adhering to because “it’s in the terms of service.”

Info for TWINS!

Such a great option to have, makes me feel much more connected with the app & the changes happening. First app I found that covers a multiple pregnancy. I get to see how the two little ones inside are developing

Twin worthy

dd1255

I love how they actually took the time to talk about twins. They have pictures and weekly summaries talking about twins. This app is definitely A+ if your expecting multiples! They even have a journal and the contraction timer that will come in handy, especially for new moms. It’s could use a facelift as far as design goes. Otherwise, all the information you need is right here in one app.

Glitches

Fox359

Love the information and lack of ads but it keeps reformatting to the wrong size in my screen ☹️

The app changes size

EA Husband

The app is great but it changes to a larger size meant for a bigger screen size. I have to constantly remove the app and download it again.

I’m not getting paid for this review I’m just a satisfied app user. I used this app for my first pregnancy in 2017 and it’s a game changer! It keeps your thoughts organized as it operates as you and your little ones personal assistant. At least that’s how I see it. It gives u new articles relating to what you’re going through and how to handle almost everything. The features on this app to support your pregnancy are outstanding! It keeps track of belly photos and it gives you questions to ask your doctor as you progress and it also allows you to write down the answers the doctor gives you so that’s perfect for those detailed oriented mothers and fathers out there. My mother tracked my pregnancy with the app as well so if you have a loved one who’s by your side through it all have them download it too to keep up with your progress in real time by telling them your due date. Ok again I’m not sponsored...I just love this app and I recommend it highly to all mothers!

Great

AWeber16

It's really informative and I like it.

Poor quality

aezunf

The only benefit to this app is that there is an option to add multiple’s in your pregnancy. Other than that... the people using this app post inappropriate questions on the forums, and the information on the “what to expect” App is better in my opinion. Also, they bombard you with emails.

Twin friendly!!

AthenaMarie22

This is the only app I could find that recognized my twin pregnancy and gave me information based upon the fact that my body was carrying two babies (always considered “high risk” and apparently way different than singleton pregnancies). So helpful, twin mamas to be!!!! ✨

Articles are Great, but App Loads Strange

seley91

Information provided on the app is great. The only thing I don’t like is that the week I am in loads weird on my phone. The articles and tabs don’t fit on my screen to ratio unless I scroll to the next week, then scroll back to my current week. If the developers of this app would like to reach out to me, I can send them screenshots of what exactly I am seeing.
