Keeps crashing since last update

Webex Teams keeps getting better with time. As an on the go consultant that depends on technology and uses multiple apps and communication methods, this is one of my favorites. At first I was not excited about it, but prior to Covid-19, I traveled a lot and this was the most reliable app for chat and calling, whether on WiFi or cellular, it just works. It has also been great during Covid-19, as I have been using it a lot for chatting with coworkers and customers. I wish it had more busy/away options. You can create custom status, and you can turn off presence, but I would like the option to appear away like Jabber and Skype For Business. I also wish you could switch audio calls back and forth between cellular and through the app, like Webex meetings. But the audio is reliable thru the app. I like that you can control a video endpoint/take calls with the endpoint using this app.

Giant bug that needs to be fixed

Webex is a great app for virtual calls but lately in the middle of a call the camera screen freezes for no apparent reason! Only the camera screen, not the computer screen. I don’t know if this is only a me problem or a wider scale problem but it needs to be fixed immediately.
