Lower volume?

Is it me or can I not lower the volume? I cannot listen with earphones because volume is too loud and lowering volume does not effect WebEx. Fix this! I have headphones that can adjust the volume on the wire that I have to use. Very annoying.

I couldn’t hear my professor speaking. My volume was turned up, off silent mode, and other students could hear him. I was able to see their presentation, however I could not hear it. Redesign the app

Hello , I’ve been using this app for months because I need to go to my classes . Ever since you made the update , I cannot sign in the app . It won’t let me sign in . I deleted and downloaded this app back and it still doesn’t work . It’s getting annoying because now I have to join on my chromebook and it’s so laggy when I join it . Please , make a update . I want to join on my phone without having signing in problems.

Update: why can’t I fully mute the audio? I can mute my mic but there are times where I want to turn the audio way down or even mute it. Somehow there’s a volume floor - I can’t turn it down below a certain point so there’s effectively no way to mute. Worked perfectly when the WebEx app on my Windows machine began to have problems. My Windows install is fixed but I still tend to launch meetings on my iPad because the experience is smoother for me.
Internet sound no longer works

This was my favorite video conferencing app. But since an update in December the internet sound doesn’t work. I need to join meetings twice—once on my iPad for the picture and once on the iPhone calling a toll number to get the sound. This is really annoying. Our tech person cannot figure what changed. I can use Zoom and Teams with no issues.

I use Webex for my chemistry lectures and it works perfectly fine with my 2018 (128g) iPad and hotspot. I just wish that there was an option to remove the notifications from others, especially since I’m screenshotting important PowerPoint notes. The entire class doesn’t need to know that Betty M and Tony Sue had a connection issue, left, returned, left, returned. Please allow the option to remove these notifications.

Annoying beeps anytime anything happens, ugly UI, oh and your camera turns on randomly. Just a heads up
