iPad Pro version does not work, fix please

ipad Pro 12.9 version does not work . please fix. it did work. now it doesnt. does it save anything in the cloud? i deleted the app, but when reinstalled, it seems like the system knows the settings already. once you fix and it works, would be 5 stars. Get more developers to fix these bugs please!
Good but can’t call from my iPhone

I like the abilities that the uphill supposed to have. However, the feature I wanted most was to be able to call the patients from my phone and look like it’s coming from my office. I cannot seem to get this feature to work. I have contacted Weave and no one seems to be able to help me. Pretty disappointed. Hopefully someone will reach out to me so we can fix this.
Better than anything else

I opened my new pediatric dentistry practice in January of 2017 and has had Weave coupled with Open Dental from the start. Although at times the app can be a little glitchy, I have not experienced any problems that would cause me to want to switch to another service provider. We’ve tried Solutionreach and Lighthouse 360 and are sticking with Weave. It’s a great tool and we have enjoyed it very much.

Love the ability to be able to see my schedule and respond to patients out of the office on my mobile device. However, it's glitchy, freezes, shuts down between each action and then you have to wait for all patients to download again!

Weave is a poorly conceived service in general. Specifically for this app, it crashes when you try to make outbound calls. What's the point of a mobile app designed for making calls that fails at its core mission?

This could have been a good app for accessing my office but 100% of the time this version crashes in under a minute.
