By the title I mean that this weather app seems to be mostly accurate, but seems to be governed by ads that are constantly imposing over the content. It is a nice app and certainly does the job.

I use this all the time. It's nice to know the conditions outside. Plus I love it warns me about the wind chills. I only wish it would show wind gusts along with the wind.
