This app is so bad, it doesn’t even open 90% of the time, no matter how long you wait. It’s a great CRM but the mobile app is essentially non-functional. Dedicate some time to fixing this guys. You need to support mobile
Every time I click the iOS app icon I get a loading screen. The only way to force it to go to the sign in page is to double tap the home button like you’re switching between open apps, then I go right back into it by selecting it from the available windows. Hard to give it a decent rating when the very first operation the app performs (EVERY TIME) is a bad one. And yes, I have deleted the app and corresponding data, and re-downloaded, twice. This is a common experience according to other reviewers. Please note: the non-mobile version is excellent, but who ever is in charge of the mobile app is just wasting Wealthbox’s IT budget. I’m guessing that person is taking a nap at their desk as we speak.

Huge Wealthbox fan and waited for this app to get better. Never happened. Isn't mobile usage a priority? Very little functionality in my opinion.
I really love the Crm website and system, but the app is really bad. Feels like something from the 90's. Doesn't look that great and doesn't give you a lot of capability. You guys are good at improving and adding new benefits. Hopefully this is one thing that will get a big update at some point.
I'm just repeating what's already stated in other reviews: I really like the CRM and would give that 4 or 5 stars but the mobile app is really, really bad. Since I'm on mobile a lot I'm really thinking of dropping the CRM entirely. A couple of examples: from the app you cannot add a new task and assign it a priority or a task category. Having this ability is critical to staying organized and focus. Second, workflows, which are an important part of the CRM, are basically non-existent in the app. Personally, I try to use a large part of my days working the workflows and making progress that way. It's impossible to do that on the app. It's really too bad. I'm surprised Wealthbox can get away with this major deficiency in the mobile world we operate in.
Wealthbox is great. No...actually Wealthbox is amazing. If you are not using Wealthbox it's time to fire your current CRM and switch. And it keeps getting better with time. Simple snd Easy!
I like using Wealthbox to help run my business, but this mobile app is completely useless. I can't even login after entering my email address and password, tapping the login button does nothing. I'm using an iPhone 6S with the current operating system, and this app won't function.
Has the basics; solid enough to use for looking up client info when out of office. Definitely could use a refresh/new look. Please add Touch ID protection!
