It crashes when selecting keyboard button

It works even better than the original remote control when wifi network is reasonable. BUT the app crashes when selecting the keyboard button, can't seem to login into my Netflix account! :(

Title says it all! WD is lazy and hasn't updated since May! Now it crashes when you try to open keyboard which was arguably the best feature!

The app crashes every time I try to use the keyboard. Other than that, I think this is a decent app.

App works great and it works well for my setup. Not having to use an IR remote really helps. The only downside now after this recent update the keyboard function crashes the app every time(iPhone). Fix this and this app will get five stars for sure!

This is an ok app but it would be a great app if they changed the swipe feature. Plus EVERYTIME I tap on the keyboard button, the app dumps me.

Now, we just need iPhone 6/iPhone 6+ support. Wonderful step in the right direction with this update.

Happy to have keyboard back. Still love the swipe nav. Really liked the previous incarnation, but this unexpected update is a delight. Takes into account the differences between an iPhone and a tactile button remote with the new swipe navigation feature. Also very easy to find the power button – upper left-hand corner.
