This app was great, but now it doesn’t want to play anything on Apple TV except ads. Once the ad stops, the app shuts down. Please fix

I am closing this down. I am so frustrated with the same ads time and time again. What is going on? Some you can skip others you can’t. I understand the the reason for ads, I just am tired of the repetition.

I love WBAL app. I use it several times during the day to keep myself informed of what is going on in my city. The side stories are always informative. If I could give you 100 stars, I would because your APP deserves it

I get better news coverage from following MSN then here. Also when you click on a story some of the sentences are left out right before an ad is placed.

Out of date content is frustrating and pervasive. Too many videos now enough content. Easy to navigate.
Alerts Missing from App

I get regular news alerts and many of the stories catch my eye. I open the app and the alert is nowhere to be found. In fact, the headlines news tends to be two or three days old. It would be fantastic if the news alert was in the news.
Interrupted Stories

Myself and I am sure others have started reading stories only to have those stories blocked by ads that keep the reader from from getting 100% of the story. It’s very annoying and makes me not want to use your app for local news. Disappointed.

I have noticed that the stories are cut off by advertisements. It is literally mid sentence. Very frustrating to read a sentence and then scroll down beyond the ad and it’s not a continuation
Ad pusher app??

What could’ve been a great news access app is actually an irritating advertisement pushing tool foisted upon us by big media corporations i.e. NBC, as well as CBS and ABC. Too many push notification ads and frustrating streams of video commercials before you can access a story only to be interrupted by imbedded ads within a story. I really can’t endure more than 30 seconds of this app. I’m at the point of deleting it soon!!! Too bad... what could have been very helpful has been destroyed by greedy marketing groups. Follow the dollars $$$$$
