Once you are accepted to the Waymo waitlist you take take rides around the chandler area. The app works well and is similar to any other ride sharing app. Worked flawlessly for me. Very cool.

Very simple sign in process. Downloaded the app, signed into my google account, and was instantly processed. Hope to get to use the full potential of Waymo soon.

The app itself is fantastic, really one of the best I’ve ever used. As far as the service itself, I joined the waitlist and got accepted within 24 hours. As long as you live in the east valley of Phoenix, you should be accepted to the early rider program. Can’t wait to take my first ride!
Long wait list

I have been on the wait list for over 2 years since it started in the east valley. I have contacted Waymo customer service and they could not tell me anything. Good luck on trying to get off the waitlist.
