In the 1980s efforts were made to standardize project management procedures and approaches. The PMI produced the first version of PMBOK in 1996, second version in 2000, third version in 2004, fourth version in 2008 and fifth version in 2012. During this period, various experienced management personnel and project management scholars have work closely to continue updating the content.

10. Project Risk Management: shows how to Clarify; quantify; analysis; respond to a variety of risks when managing a project.
11. Project Procurement Management: consists of questions on how to obtain all kinds of resources in your project and the methods applied.
12. Project Stakeholder Management: a new chapter added in the fifth edition of the PMBOK. This aims to strengthen the user’s ability to identify the key relationship, communicate clearly and manage these key relationships.
