Works well once you manage to get connected but even after a call to tech support to reset my password the online app would not let me log in or reset my password. That kills it for me.

A new enhancement to improve Wave

I’ve sold this solution to many clients and one follow up comment I’ve received on a continuous basis is “can they get the “BLUE” circle that you touch to communicate , can we get it to change colors when someone else is keying up. So that your eye picks it up and you don’t miss the call if you’re in a loud environment. Please help us out with this “WAVE” . It’s very important that we make this communication solution simple to use.

On the older version while in the group tab you could see when a group was talking, even if everything was muted. Now that is gone. If you have 7-8 groups you have no idea which one is keyed up and talking.
Don’t upgrade to iOs12
Medammit
App doesn’t work in the background in iOS12, only if you have the app up on your screen. This makes the app useless now.

After upgrading to iOS 12, we discovered that the WAVE app goes to sleep when the screen is inactive. This has caused major Issues and missed calls. Motorola can do better than this. Still waiting for the fix from Motorola.
