I loved the idea of not just tracking my water intake, but seeing how much of my daily fluid intake comes from various drinks. And while, yes, other fluids can count towards your water goal, I wanted to be more mindful of what I was putting in my body and in what amounts. I thought this app would be perfect for this. It was...until it wasn't. I found the notifications excessive so I turned them off, no big deal. Except they only stopped on my phone, not my watch. My watch was rendered unusable until I turned it off and removed the app altogether. My Apple Watch became an iHydrate watch because the only thing I could do was be inundated with notifications. I could not check the time, other notifications were pushed down by iHydrate notifications. So yes, the app had to go.

This app is great. Getting reminders to drink water actually makes me drink more water. Also I like how easy it is to add intake. Very easy to use!

I used this app to help me track how much water I drink a day for this challenge I'm doing where you have to drink a gallon at least a day for 30 days. I love the feature where it reminds me when to hydrate. This helps a lot during the week because between work and class I get busy and often times get too distracted and remember to hydrate. Absolutely love this app!!

Trying to lose weight is tough but one of the things you have to remind yourself to do is drink water. Doesn't matter if you are healthy or in shape or on a diet, you always need water no matter what so I downloaded the app. This helped me monitor and reminded me to hydrate which is one of my biggest flaws so I always drink more than my fair share of what I need to in a day so I always stay hydrated and I feel so much better and I gave up drinking soda and I gave coffee and exchanged it for tea. I love that you can put in what you drank and give an estaminet of how much you drank and it will calculate how much water was in that drink from tea, coffee, juice etc.. Why not get the app and change your life for the better by staying hydrated.

all the functionality i want in a tracker, just wish it didn't mention weight loss in the details!

Today was the first day, so far so good. Only thing I am not liking is it shows I have 20 notifications and I have no clue where to check for them.
