Latest update messed up app

App worked fine until recent update. Now I get an error everytime I try to view it... Ugh! Please fix!! UPDATE: reached out to me @ trouble shooted the problem. Made some changes & it seems to be working fine now.
Doesn’t work

My account will not log in through the app, it says I have the wrong information for log in, but the same information works for me to log in from the desktop at home. The app is supposed to be convenient for me to watch my son, however I’m not always home which means I can’t watch him unless I am.

I know there’s issues with privacy and all. But if we see an issue with a class room or a teacher in class, how do we go about the situation. The app was better when the option to record was available. Safety of the child should be priority and there’s no way for us parents to have any proof if situations arise.
Great when it actually works

The streaming is great for parents, but too many times I get network errors or it freezes on me. The only way to fix it is to delete the app and re-download it.

The new version is extremely slow. Basically unwatchable! Not only the app, but also the website version.

How is it I can login via the website but when trying to use the app with the same username and password that grants access to the website, it says my credentials are incorrect? Is this something you can fix or is this an issue that needs to be resolved with the center that they don’t have app capabilities?

Pros + can check in on my daughter while at work Cons - design is simple to use but very basic and feels iPhone 4 era - When my wife so happens to be on it errors you out, logs you out and forces you to close the app and relaunch. - will error and log you out for no reason, forcing relaunch. Happens daily - screen recording and screenshots now prohibited. Are you kidding? Forget “privacy of other kids” for a second. I had a kid physically abusing other children including my daughter. Good thing I recorded it because the director didn’t believe me. Because I had this the child was removed. I’m really p’d off you’re catering to the minority who want this feature. Or the devs are only assuming. - camera quality is crap

Issues with iPhone XS

When i use WatchMeGrow the screen turns green and sometimes turn off, i took the iPhone to the apple Store and they didn’t find anything wrong with my phone. Apple support told me that the Developers from WatchMeGrow should fix the problem.
