Besides the constant freezing and crashing, random muting that requires restarting to work again, and excessive advertising... The newest update doesn't even allow the app to open, it just doesn't work anymore. :(

It keeps freezing. It used to only do that on Rizzoli & Isles. Now it's freezing on other shows. The latest update made it worse. Fix it please. It also takes FOREVER to load.

Won't load, just sits there. Requires a TV subscription. When it did work, months ago, it would crash after commercials. And there were lots of commercials. By today's standards this app is an insult and testament to a company that has no respect for viewers and customers.
Cast enable this please

Please cast enable this for Chromecast, or Xbox or Roku. Something. Get with the times please. I love the app on my iMac, but I'd prefer the comfort of my couch and TV.

Up till this week, I have had no problem watching shows with this app but this past week I keep getting an error message no matter what I do. So it actually went from a five star to a one star in one week
So far, so bad.

Most developers wouldn't let this kind of problem to continue for an entire month. There'd be a patch/update/fix w/in two weeks, and usually two days. The app fails to do anything aside from getting me to the screen to choose Live TV from either Eastern or Western feeds. Select either, and you've pressed a novelty button. It will allow you to get something out of Help. But that 'something' takes you to the App Store. Since the App is already installed, it offers you an 'Open' button. This reopens the App so you can come around full circle back to the App Store. I used this App frequently two or three years ago, and it worked fine; not all that quick, but it always worked. This version is much faster, because it never works. You can rest assured, knowing that your effort is for naught, and just skip trying to use it. It's way faster than YouTube. As long as you don't watch anything...

I used to love and use this app all the time. Now since recent update, I can't even get the app to open. Please FIX this!!!!
