The app is host to a variety of entertaining shows and sports, but the streaming quality simply doesn’t match. I’ve been trying to stream a movie through my phone onto my TV, yet the constant ads disconnect me from my program and turn on a different movie instead. I don’t understand why this is an issue, and I keep having to rewind/fast forward to find my place (going through yet another set of ads every time). I understand you need ads to make money, but please do so in way that doesn’t disrupt the entire viewing experience.

I am getting 3 minute ads every 10 minutes or less of showtime. Not only that, I've noticed that the time of the ads will increase when switching to a new advertisement. Example, if there are 30 seconds and an ad takes it down to 15, the time increases back to 30 for the next one. It's taking me 1.5-2 hours per episode of snowpiercer. There are plenty of shows on other platforms that have a decent an acceptable amount of ads. I'm uninstalling if this doesn't get fixed. Complete trash of an app.

Update: the tnt app team had me click on a link that doesn’t solve anything and has me saying the same thing on their website. The app constantly freezes and plays an ad if you drop down your lighting or volume. I am already signed in and it still asks me to verify that I am signed in and able to watch. After that I still have another 15 second ad to watch. A lot of run around to play more ads and by the time all that’s done a quarter flew by and I missed out.

I mean that’s it. Then it won’t get passed the sign in gate of your tv provider. So it crashed, now I can watch absolutely zero shows even though U still pay for cable. Failure is this app.

As soon as I click on the first movie Iy glitches and won’t play anymore I think oh maybe just bc I have low battery I plug in my phone and now it gets farther but still freezes all throughout the movie even if I skip through it and no it was not a talk show it was Godzilla and the jungle book is just a black screen

Watched a show for 30 minutes on iPad and then the audio got out of sync. Turned off and on TV, quit and reopened app, and even deleted the app from my iPad and reinstalled. Still does the same thing. I’m not the only one either, based on a quick Google search. Why don’t developers care that their product is broken? At least there is SOME audio, though. The app for my TV doesn’t even have any audio — it’s just silent video.

Compared to all the other mainstream streaming apps, this is by far the worst. Stream randomly disconnects all the time and I currently cannot watch TV on the app. It just shows me a black silent screen. Do better.

This app is a great way to watch TNT programs and they look great on your device. However, the interface is hot garbage. Trying to pause or adjust where you are in the show is insanely frustrating. The interface has terrible responsiveness. It appears on the screen less consistently than you’d expect, requiring lots of taps that will sometimes just take you back to the beginning of the program you’re trying to watch. Other times you can’t get it to go away and so you just end up having to watch the program with the overlay in the middle of the screen.
