Doesn't Launch

Tried to download numerous times. When I tap on the icon after download, screen goes blank and nothing happens. After 20 secs, it returns to the view of all my apps.

That's about it. It just doesn't work. Black screen, then crashes. Just kinda...wasted space. I've had it for awhile, thinking it would get fixed, but it hasn't.
