CRASHING AND ZERO HELP FROM THE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME UNTIL THEY FIX THE ISSUES THAT THEY KNOW ABOUT BUT REFUSE TO FIX. I have had a ticket opened since early January that still hasn’t been fixed. I REPEAT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME! You will not receive any customer support!

I redownloaded this game just now.. And it doesn't even work.. I loved this game so much and now I have no idea what's wrong with it, I don't wanna give it a bad rating but it's really ticking me off that I can't even play it..

Games fun and addicting, but the focus from the company is making money not fixing issues or bugs. Also support is a joke I honestly sent in 30issues where I lost stuff and they helped me once.

No way to contact except email and they just tell you we will pass it on. No results they STOLE money. They say things are random and then say your just unlucky to have rolled a 1 on a three sided dice 98 times and 2 twice and 3 never. This is not random. Stay away

very disappointed in the game, i spent alot of money and i plan on boycotting the game by not cashing anymore, gaea has ripped me off in so many ways and their customer service is a fn joke

This game is tellling me there's a newer version. When I click it i get transferred to the App Store. It only says open in the App Store, which brings me back to the game. And again the game tells me there's a newer version. You lost a pay to player.
