The rules are very simple and the interface and menu are very easy to navigate. No real need for a tutorial, as the application lets you know which cards are playable. It also counts down the number of playing pieces left, as well as the number of heros left to play. It also gives running totals for each player, so if you cut your opponent's group in two, their total drops as your rises. At the beginning of the campaign, I did get bounced out at the end of the first battle, but it hasn't done it again. Overall it is a great implementation of a unique game with interesting gameplay.

Its a fun game, but I won't be playing for long without Asynchronous online play. It would be a 5 star game if this feature was added.

Please get rid of the rearing horses - they are a distraction. Also, it would help if after the first tap the selected card was highlighted.

This is a really fantastic easy to learn easy to teach a friend easy to play, but can be trying to master...the one player campaign plays nicely and gives you a variety of situations...plays well via hotseat too, it just needs asynchronous online play for five stars! Get it, it's a lot of fun!

Just wish on line multiplayer didn't rely on having two people in the world wanting to play at the same time. Other on line games just allow you to set up a game and someone joins later on. That feature would help this game out substantially.

The original boardgame is excellent. This implementation is good but the AI is too easy to beat for experienced players.

How about some LOCAL STATS... Games played Wins Losses Avg win score Avg lose score Avg score overall And WHERE IS THE DIFFICULTY SETTING for the CAMPAIGN!!!? Looks like the Gamecenter leaderboard is for multiplayer only. COME ON!!! Why not add LOCAL vs AI stats, for quick games played and campaign games played? Nice game but LOUSY with no stats.

First, the good part: the latest update added online multiplayer to an already great game, which is a nice addition. This sort of Igo-Hugo game with simple turns is perfect for playing online games with other players from around the world. Now, the not so good: GameCenter integration is horribly broken. Leaderboards are not updating, achievements are not being recorded, notifications of new turns are often delayed by hours. It seems clear that the update just completely mseed up this game's GC connection. I've rated it four stars; it's a great game that plays well on the iPad. But I'd be happy to give it the full five stars if the GC woes are fixed.
