I had no problems with the other tests in this app but I cannot get the touch test to pass I have tried making strips across up and down or just scribbling over the whole screen I made it all green but I still failed the test

App crashes every time I try to run the screen diagnostic! I won’t be able to file a claim if I can’t complete the registration. Please fix ASAP.

Unable to register on 2 iPhones and 1 iPad
iBunnyphone

We had to have our receipts reprinted after the purchase of new iPhones and are registering the liquid glass late and when we made it through the lengthy process it said that the serial numbers were already registered - after the initial entry indicated that things were good to go. Not cool. When I started the registration for my iPad the app only crashes after I entered the serial number. No option to enter the registration online like there was for the windows device. Inconvenient. We already have to wait for a call back regarding the “registered” serial numbers that we were unable to register. Very irritated with how difficult this process is. Considering that this should be very easy.

Warranty Service a Joke
Rdog5150

I accidentally uploaded the wrong receipt since I had multiple from my new phone purchase. I asked how I get the correct one uploaded and I was told “Unfortunately, the information cannot be amended after registration”. I asked how this will affect my warranty.....no response. For what I paid for a wet piece of cloth, I should have known better. I have serious concerns about this company and their intentions on honoring an advertised warranty. If my concerns are addressed I will be sure to update this review with an outcome.

Ridiculously Inconvenient
IPhone user 12

The whole innovative idea of liquid glass really got me excited. Now I’m Really regretting buying this key liquid glass product. I was better off sticking to my Zagg shield that does exactly the same thing for cheaper,(I still use a case for both Zagg and this key liquid glass) for obvious reasons that my phone is still at risk of breaking. Not only is it frustrating to have to download an app just to register this product instead of using a regular website that’s advertised on their packaging. (mind you it’s brand new right out the store after a tech from sprint applied the product for me),But there is NO DIRECTIONS telling you that you have to register from the device the liquid glass was applied on. I started the process on my ipad only to realize there is a series of “tests” that personally to me are inconclusive to anything since it’s exactly that, just an app. Once I got through the hurdle of tests, it asks you to take a pic of the front screen (now I realize the back screen isn’t covered even if you applied it to both sides of your phone.) so I had to find a mirror as instructed. Their camera is not even the whole screen so it’s dam near impossible to get a “clear eligible shot.” I literally laughed when terms came up stating that I understood that if the pic isn’t “clear” it will be deemed ineligible for a claim. I took about 5 mins trying to get the most decent picture I could. What a headache. The whole experience is horrible. Zagg takes me less than 5 mins to register! This one took me 30 and I AM tech savvy. This product has potential, but this process has convinced me TO NEVER bother with this product again. I can only imagine how many claims they deny for their own faulty app! Save your money people! Take your losses and just go buy a military grade screen protector and use a case still. To the people who are in charge to responding to these reviews, don’t bother, I don’t need to hear a generic response nor do I need you to waste anymore of my time.

Fraud company
iEnvious

This company is a joke lie to you and tell you they cover accidental breaks that’s a load of lies. These guys say covers your screen repair but that’s a lie you have to pay upfront to get your repair done and suppose to get a refund 30 days later. “Maybe” these guys are a joke if your buying this product and need to download app to register don’t do it if your reading this. We as a company we’re selling this product and now getting denied for claims and account shut down now we have a ton of customers that have signed up on this and now can’t get taken care of.

Overkill & Complex Warranty Registration App
SuperFlyEDSguy

I was an 80s child born in the 70s and have used computers since they were not so common. I remember playing “The Oregon Trail” on an Apple ][e in elementary school, and have used programs, software, apps, or whatever you wish to call them my entire life ‘til this day as I am writing this review on my week or two old iPad Pro 10.5. I even graduated from a “Computing” program at Oxford, and understand the nuances and intricacies involved in writing a good solid user interface (UI), and can guarantee you that this app is not one of them. I hardly ever write reviews anymore so there must have been something that triggered a substantial amount of anxiety while completing what should have been a simple product registration. I do not know how well the company response is to warranty claims as I just finished registering my liquid glass screen protector for the iPad that I am writing this very review, and frankly warranty claims in general are a huge pain so I do not wish to find out. I always register AppleCare+, so this is more or less “backup insurance” or an extra level of protection as I do not enjoy “down time”. I know that I can rely on Apple and it’s AppleCare+ product as I have been using their products since the 80s (see above). Now back to the app. First, one of the “tests” was to draw with your finger so that the entire screen is covered changing it from white to green. This is time consuming, and with the coating that is being warranties does hurt your finger as it takes between 30 and 60 seconds of rubbing. Second, you have to use the front-facing camera to take a picture of the tablet’s screen in a mirror. As the iPad Pro 10.5 is not super-heavy, it is still awkward, and could end up resulting in dropping the device while completing “testing”. This could, and very much should be improved. Third, there is no option to simple upload a copy of your receipt to complete the registration process as you are required to take a picture of that too! Most wireless carriers send you or at least allow you to download a PDF copy of your receipt, so why not offer this as the “simple & obvious” solution? Fourth, even though I chose my correct state of “New Jersey” during the final steps of registration, it somehow defaulted back to their first choice in th list which is “Alabama”. Fortunately, I was able to fix this, but had no visual indication that it “took” as I was receiving some sort of verbiage about my e-mail already being used for registration. I finally completed this meandering process in about a half hour of time, time that could have been put to better use, and time that I wont get back! I strongly urge the developers to take a strong and careful look at the UI/UX and make the necessary changes so that a simple warranty registration could be... well, simple! I also urge management to take charge of their developers to ensure that they can make a simple app work as expected, or since it is business as it is the insurance industry, perhaps find new developers who are more competent at completing basic tasks. This strongly smells like a project outsourced overseas to save money, and perhaps, maybe designed to be a huge pain so that warranty claims don’t have to be paid out! Remember, if you can’t register, you can’t make a successful claim! Either way, please do something to address this business-centric nightmare in the making as I could easily see it becoming a driver to lose sales in our ever so social online world!

Three Days past 30 days...
MuchHate4Apple

I purchased this screen protector for my daughter and I on 9/24/18. Life happens and her screen cracked from a rather insignificant drop (less than two feet) with an average case on it. I realized we hadn’t registered yet and went to register, starting with my phone; which is in perfect working order and absolutely no damage to it. Because today is 10/27/18 and I purchased our phones and protectors on 9/24/18, I can’t register either of them. Will NEVER do business with KEY again. I’ve never seen a warranty set up with the same framework as a rebate. Ridiculous. Be glad you got my money on these phones. You’ll never get it again. Just glad my Sprint insurance now covers screen breaks at $35 a go.
