I purchased this app for $1.99 with a 30% special discount and my card was charged $3.17 I'll call this a scam. I have not even used the app to evaluate it yet and noticed a scam already

Payed $2 for this app and all it is, is filters and overlays. The filters are too intense. Even when going in and adjusting brightness and saturation ect, the filters are still too much! Please save your money and find a new app for filters!

Best $1.99 I've spent on myself in awhile. My selfies don't look eggheadish and this app makes me look even better than I do naturally. Highly recommend. Many filters too.
