Kept deleting all of my progress and I️ don’t know why

This game, while fun, kept deleting my progress. Once I got to level 15 and got back on, the game said that I was only level 3 and it deleted all of my stuff.

Amazing game, 1 highly irritating bug

Ok, so this game is really a 5 star, great game, great graphics, gameplay, etc., but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because of a bug that occurs at startup. It will force me to go through the entire intro to the game and the 1st story mission, then it’ll ask if I want to restore my cloud data ( I press yes ). I don’t know if it’s intentional or if it’s a bug, but either way, it would be highly appreciated by me if you could please fix this. Overall though, a great game.

I love this game but it’s a big pain to deal with all the adds they interfere with being able to play the game I actually had to force close the app today to get rid of the adds and I lost my game progress I use the iCloud Drive and I still lost some of my in game progress please fix this issue it’s not a bad game you guys just have to find a way for us users to be able to play without being bombarded with adds but if you added a feature that we could pay to get rid of the adds I don’t really like the adds they are becoming a big problem I hated to give this app a 1 start review but the adds have caused too many problems so I only gave one star so please fix this issue and I will give this app 5 stars Updated review November 28 2017: Battery drain bug, I’ve noticed whenever I’m not playing this app even when it is closed it is draining my battery I’m wondering if it’s a bug in this app please fix this issue I have the iPhone 8 and I just got it last month so there’s nothing wrong with my phone please fix this issue

Loaded up one day and I lost all my data. I don’t even mind starting over but I lost all the ore I purchased and my loyalty rank was dropped. Deleted. Lost some money but I’m going to move on and not buy from this company again. Love the game world but this is crap.

Terrible customer service

I had a lot of fun with this game got up to LV 32 about had awesome gear, I even made an in game purchase I liked it so much. But then, out of no where I went to play the game and it had totally reset back to LV1 lost all my hundreds of gold, millions of ore and gear. When I contacted pixel about it, they basically said sorry you’re screwed and had no further intention to help. I sorely regret giving them any money, I will never download or play another one of their games or purchase any product they offer because obviously they do not stand their games and could care less about their customers. So in the end the game is not worth the time and effort you put into it because it will randomly reset and pixel games doesn’t care.

Latest update wiped my game

Latest update deleted my game progress. Thankfully, I didn’t spend any real world money on this game. Unfortunately, I did invest my time in grinding and that has been a waste now. I didn’t even have an option to not update, it just did it on its own. Game is a real pay-to-play without lots of grinding. Not much variety.
