Perfecectly balanced traditional rts for iOS and originally palmOS. The only thing I’ve found that comes close is Eufloria.

Add a skirmish where u can battle AI and u should be able to make alliances if there's at least 4 Ai

Online multiplayer at its best!! This is how real time base building and destroying the other persons base all in real time is the best gameplay you’ll find. Not like clash of clans where you just destroy a base and can’t fight back or build more units while ur getting destroyed or have a partner team up with you and battle 2vs2 amazing game . Recommended to all ages .
