Crashing

Picture quality is very good, but doesn’t seem to run smoothly regardless of resolution setting. There are a multitude of things that consistently cause the app to crash on iOS such as switching on ‘night vision’ and any sudden movement on camera, which are both common. My boyfriend has this on his android and does not experience these issues when connecting to the same camera. I wanted to upgrade to go ad-free but how can I when the app acts like this???

Downloaded app on two iphones and set one as viewer n other as camera. Same apple account n paid $5.99 for one time upgrade with no ads. That was Dec 10-2019. Had Issues with not being able to access viewer or the camera n same Gmail account sign in. Wrote to customer service on Dec 10 and no reply after the initial response. One iphone says FREE n other PRO. What did I really get for my $5.99?

I bought the pro version thinking it would be better but i was wrong. It works as long as I’m standing by the camera but as soon as I leave home the cameras ALWAYS go offline. Sometimes I can get them to work for a good hour but most the time it’s less than that. There’s too many other security camera apps out there to waste $$ on this one. One good aspect is the audio is good and picks up sounds from a great distance.

This app crashes very often with no warning. I also cannot view my camera on LTE. Please fix!
Charged twice if you got two different celphone

I supposed to give 5 but you need to pay for the apps twice if you are using two cp. iOS and Android. Even though only one single log in you used.crap TF .

This is the best camera app I've ever seen out there. I spent hundreds of dollars on personal home Wi-Fi and IP cameras and it doesn't compare to this inexpensive donation app in my opinion it's the best out there you got to try
