Worst lag of any game I’ve ever played!

The game started off being a fun game to play but as more and more people have started playing it the lag has gotten so bad it has made the game unplayable. I will not spend another dime on this game until it is fixed.

Just save us and everyone money and close down!

This game was a nice distraction from everyday life a year ago. Now it has been turned into a ponzee scheme method to steal your money hidden with horrible game conditions and unfair play in which only the big spenders have a fighting chance. The constant lag during peak times especially make normal play feel like your brain will suffer a seizure. So stay away unless you can keep up with $50-$100 a day spenders and careless about horrific game conditions. Hope he will just shut it down.

Constant game glitching makes the game almost unplayable at times. Don’t try to ask the developer to fix anything cause he honestly will not. If you message the developer about glitches and the game didn’t give you a certain reward. You will receive a message saying they did a scan and everything looks fine. If you message again about it the developer will just ignore you. Horrible customer service and don’t advise anyone to start this game.

Lag is awful. During big events game is basically at a stand still. Constantly emailing developers about lag issues. Absolutely nothing gets done. They only want your money. Fix the lag issues!

I want to let my friends in HELL on server 8 know that I did not abandoned you. The game just quit opening for me and I can't open it to play. This site is the only site I have to try to contact you and let you know.

The author can’t eve get the version right. Store says version is 2.7.0 but login screen in game says 2.5.0. Many screens have overlapping text fields and many other fields cannot be read since the text scrolls off the screen. Try to scroll around in the ‘Big World’ and the view jumps all over the place. If somebody spent some time and effort debugging and fixing issues it could be good but instead, each new version brings new features (ways to spend money) and new bugs but none of the old bugs are ever fixed. Pretty lame.

So here we are to play a game and what do you get? Folks spending over $20000 to be the top players. Then the developer decides to merger his servers that can not handle the game as it is and now is a blood bath where big player are pushing out the players who won’t or can’t keep up with the spending! The game servers are horrible constantly booting you out of the game or lagging just at the time you lose resources and ships because you are stuck! If you are the 1 % then this game is for you!

i cant log into my account after spending over a grand in the gems. customer service from “lee” is horrendous, its always same generic response
