Longtime player. If game support spent a year trying to fix bugs, they still wouldn’t fix them all. The game freezes in multiple ways. Instead of working on game bugs, more “events” are rolled out. Earlier events are not ignored as if they do not exist. Outpost Satellites, Global Domination overcharged cells, and Outpost missiles Nav Computers are 3 areas the game no longer provides. While Daily Rewards where revamped, event rewards have gotten ridiculous. One blue key can be exchanged for five green keys. You can’t exchange five green keys for one blue. Previous rewards might provide 4 blue keys, now they give you 20 green. Their exchange store (XLabs) requires blue keys for many items. Since rewards are so sad, casual players have very little reason to bother playing. The game has become too complex to attract new players, not that PopReach bothers trying to attract new players. They do seem to understand how to add new worlds, not long after they dropped from around 42 worlds down to maybe 9-10. There are easier ways to frustrate yourselves, and you won’t waste as much time.

Game went downhill and continues to. Nothing that is advertised is correct. From warcom not doing anything, to exp percentages, to events starting times and the system crashes, to you attacking your own troops on stronghold etc. Now they have changed the gold sales. Systemically lowering the gold amounts, raising the need for gold and removing useful items in the gold store. Terrible and I give up after 8 years and maybe 12-15k spent.

I’ve paid money to play and now can’t log in. It says cannot connect to server, you need internet access. I do have internet. I was playing every day until I was denied access 2 days ago. Can you help?seldog t law

Game is worthless, they merged worlds to improve performance and it’s now worse. Lag is so bad that you can’t play events unless you take the lag into account. Unless your willing to deal with a bunch people spewing garbage on the chat, bullies ruining most events and are willing to spend a lot of money to compete for sub par at best game I would pass on this one. Great concept, but probably should tear the game apart and start over.

It’s been 7 days since I’ve received a response on my issue I’ve filed about the game not working at all upon launch I get “cannot connect to server” I’m very much connected to internet this is the only app this happens with.
