Game was good till the update

Developers need to go back to the old format where you could choose your battle field. The new way the matchups are done is lopsided putting tier 2 tanks in with their 6 tanks is not fair. I hate the update and have spent way too much money on the app to just quit
Unfair server management

East coast of USA and Asian area can choose which server. Rest are relegated to EU server. This allows for certain people to play where the weaker players are. I emailed customer service about this and got a canned answer. Customer service is now getting snippy over persistent inquiries and letting them know I am getting canned answers. Wish could give negative stars!

I think this game is a bit hard to get tanks I recommend world of tanks graphics are good on this game but the tanks you get are not sorted by the state for agsample the tiger 1 tank is germen and it’s with the American tank m4 I think they need to make them with there right state and make more tanks. But I mean it’s a good game and all but I still recommend world of tanks good game and good grafics and I recommend war thunder but. You need really!!!good computer to hold those graphics

Game use to be fun but developers got greedy. I had played over a year until they took ability to chose your map and stole my money. The platform is unstable i have to leave half the battles due to invisible tanks, and again they steel my money.

I’ve been playing this game for a year and a half, and back then it was a fun game? If you like to play a game that is unfair and aggravating, and you have thousands of dollars, that you don’t know what to do with, then this is the game for you. The developers have cleverly designed this game to get you to give them money and then create updates that make the game more unfair and impossible. If you think you are going to play this game for free, you better hope that you will live to be 120 years old. As an example; l had a tier 5 tank. There are now, 6 tier tanks, that is one of their recent updates that you have to do special missions in order to be able to buy the new tanks??? That has a lot of long time players quitting the game. But back to my tank. There are 5 items on the tank that have to be upgraded to level 35. I had my tank up to level 30 and the cost of my next upgrade was going to cost me 3.3 million coins to purchase. To earn that much, it would take me at least 2 weeks to get. With many many hours of playing. Then it would be 2 1/2 days before I could claim it. I was a Premium player, meaning that l paid them $20.00 for one month of playing with the quicker upgrade times. Now times that by 5, plus l had to get each item up to level 35 with each level costing more and more wait time to claim??? The main reason for this in-depth review, is recently the developers created 2 new updates that has long time players quitting and deleting the game left and right!!! Myself being one of them!!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS GAME!!! PS. Forgot to mention about their Support, ........ there is absolutely no Support!!! Twelve emails to them about different situations, and never got any satisfaction from them. Their Support is computer generated answers, you never talk to a live person!!! One of my first complaints to them, was about unfair battles. Once you make it to Captain, you will be in battles with higher ranking players up to Generals, in tanks that are 3 or more times stronger than yours, that waste you with one shot. I was in a battle, where l got killed 17 times with not getting a single kill. When l complained to their Support, l was told that, that will occasionally happen. Well their occasionally is 1 out of 10 battles being a fair battle??? NOT FUN!!! If you leave an unfair battle, you lose the coins that you get for competing in the battle?

This game will cost you a car payment plus rent every month to compete. The developers are out of there mind. I don’t mind spending money on a game if I am having fun but these guy are crazy. Really not Worth all the money. Don’t start playing you we’ll regret it.
Pay to win

Fun game but u will hit a wall unless you pay to win. Some clans at the top are full of players paying $100/month. No strategy to the game. You just power up and shoot at a tank in front of you. The bigger stronger tank wins, big surprise! The more you pay the more advantage you have. Skill really doesn’t matter. If someone else is willing to pay more to beat you they do. It will become clear very fast which players pay the most.
