I like the game however it is too expensive can you play and advance in a reasonable time without an unreasonableAmount of money being spent. Money pit / productivity killer

They are terrible in giving you information. Great game and concept, but they are only looking out for your money if your not a big spender they do not care for you. And they always blame you for an error when in fact it’s their problem. Just be warned don’t get too deep.

Realm vs realm balance issues.

Wayyy over priced for people outside of China. Almost double for pack for all others completely unfair in war game that depends on money packs.

I have been playing this game for years. The other day, I went to switch to another account like I always do and it froze. Since then, the game will not load on my phone. I updated, deleted, re-installed and nothing, no change. Customer support told me to just wait until the next update. I have a high level castle full of rss and they are telling me to just wait. Terrible support and will be quitting the game.

Great game overall but… I hate that it’s pay to win. Used to be gaming was play to win now it’s pay to win. Wish there was this game but purchase up front but paying further in the game play

The game is fun to play, if your a pay to win kind of person for average players just looking to kill some time this is not the game for you. People spend big money to build big castles and then they spend their time attacking small castles so they get better stats. So if you don’t pay you lose. Also the notifications for attacks and scouts do not work most of the time I was attacked over 100 times and not one notification and when brought up with tech support they do nothing to fix the issue as this has happened to me twice and they will not return troops or resources that you have paid for so they basically rob you to get you to spend more. They seem to favor big alliances in this way. When they make a suggestion we get an update but as I am in a small alliance with not many spenders they don’t seem to care. Whenever I have an issue with something in the game and report it they don’t care and brush it off as my fault that it happened and their game is perfect but then maybe a week later we will have an update with a fix to my issue I had with no compensation for me and if you ask them about it your ignored. I wouldn’t suggest this game to anyone or any of Camels game period this company is run by crooks

Don’t play it unless you’re prepared to spend money

It’s fun, but it’s another game where they constantly try to make you to spend real life money every 10 minutes or you could be forced to wait for days to save up for things in the game to keep playing and leveling up.
