Since the megabus stopped going to Columbus, I know have multiple options of carriers and/or faster and cheaper routes! GREAT APP! ✌?

For someone who travels a lot between San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Phoenix, this is the perfect app! Cheap bus rides and easy to use platform.

The app works pretty good. No frequently ask questions section though. There is a section for it but no frequently asked questions show up in it. Size, quantity, and poundage of luggage would be helpful here. I booked with Megabus and called there customer service line not helpful at all and I will not recommend them to anyone period the end. Spoke to someone I think overseas and they would not give their company location information out. What are they hiding? When I call customer service I need to speak with someone who understands me. I am the customer. Like I said app works pretty good, I like it but I cannot give 5 stars because of the Megabus customer service.

I didn't really like it because I couldn't put the name of locations on the search bar, only the address. When I put my high schools name it didn't show up. When I put in 42nd street NY for grand central, it gave me Amtrak recommendations?? I wasn't pleased with the methods of travel it was recommending me
