I loved this app! It made shopping and paying a wonderful experience. Now today (May 22, 2018). Get a notice in the app that the test is over. Why? I hate the scan device that is also available at the store. Loved paying with my phone. Now have to dig my credit card out of my wallet. Not happy the app ended.

This app brought me back to Walmart. This app actually made my process of shopping so much easier so much better and so much less painful than before. I understand large orders may have trouble fitting all the stuff in the baskets and in all of the bags and that may be the case however for most grocery store runs this app will save time and because of his convenience going to Walmart a lot of extra money In addition it’s also what I think the wave of the future. When I need items I go in and get them automatically checked out or scanned without me having to deal with long lines or personnel or the drudgery of standing at the front of the store. It’s really a good good thing

The service was abruptly cancelled in my area (without warning). I really liked it and looked forward to shopping at WM JUST to use this. Was a five star service but now...

When I first saw it I thought it would be helpful but when I downloaded it and clicked start scanning it would say the scan and go test has ended and I deleted it and downloaded it 3 times and even tried signing into it but it just never worked. DONT GET THIS APP!!!

Scan and Go is a way to get customers to work for Walmart for free at their will. Think about it.

I finally activated the app today, assigned a credit card, and girded myself for WalMart going shopping crowds. Got to a store which was included in the list of participating locations on the app itself, saw all the scan n go signs, dedicated scan n go checkout lanes, connected my iPhone to the store's free wifi, and was on my way to a new shopping experience I hoped would reduce my stress levels on those occasions I shop at WalMart (not often). But for some reason, the scan portion of the app won't initiate. I tried everything I could think of to get it online. But in the end, I had no alternative but to ask staff for help. And guess what? That store no longer supports the app. I was told that it was a loser for WalMart and that product was walking out the door.

A week ago I tried to use scan and go I have used it MANY times with no problems. But last week I tried it worked fine until I went to pay it kept telling me there was a problem with my card. In no way was there a problem I had just used it not two hours ago. So I ask for help and she try’s to help me but it would not work. So I then had to unbag all $350 worth in groceries scam and rebag it all. I also used the SAME card that was on my scan and go and of course it worked.
