Some people would wrote the 5 star reveiws and said that they could use the app for free. For me, if I try to publish a theme, it costs money.

This app isn’t bad but it isn’t good either,I downloaded this app thinking I was going to have fun and make good icons but no,I spent my time making those icons and when I was finally done it told me to pay!!! I thought this app was free
