I wish I could give this app a negative star. This app is trash and is getting deleted now!! It doesn't even fit my pics to my wall paper. It actually made them bigger, which cuts off about half of the picture. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!

I'm having a hard time figuring out what this app actually did. Honestly, it doesn't look like it did anything. I made a wallpaper of the same picture with this app and another without the app. I see no difference at all between the two.

needlessly hard to find an app that does this. this one gets 5 stars for being right up top. appears to use a blurred version of the pictures' outline to create the border. border is the right number of pixels wide to make the pic fit and stay centered with perspective zoom effect turned on. now just need a wallpaper app without such low resolution images.
