Can’t add my bank

I can’t connect my chase account to this for some reason. It used to work great but now it don’t connect to my bank so I deleted the account and tried re adding it but it won’t add now Edit: I did contact support and it took you guys 3 weeks to get back to me to ask if it was still an issue. I said yes it was almost 2 weeks ago and still no response. So we are 5 weeks plus into this and nothing has happened yet

I paid for premium and in the description it clearly says Budget App but there are no options to create a budget.
Haven’t updated for two days.

I really love this app and have used it for a long time. The customer service used to be very helpful, but hasn’t replied my message since the beginning of this year. All of my bank accounts haven’t updated since two days ago, and there is no button for me to manually update them, since they should “automatically update”. And another problem is my some of my chase credit cards always show the same transaction twice. That really bother me. Please fix it! Thanks.

I’ve been using this app for over a year while hiking across South America and I enjoy its simple design. There was an update which lost all my data and when I tried to file for help it just kept sending me emails but no fix. So I started over and then the app decided my base currency was BOB instead of USD. So I am on my third and final uninstall/reinstall and hoping I can get back to my tailor made budget categories in currencies I am actually using.

The Android version of this app offers autocomplete when typing the name of records. Because it stores the history of all the previous records, why is it so hard to implement it on the iOS version as well? Also, where is the Face ID implementation for unlocking the app? Last two iterations of iPhones ditched Touch ID and the passcode method is definitely too slow and old. Why are multiple keyboards not allowed when they're available in the same version on Android? Thinking of switching to another money management app if these issues and many more aren't fixed in the future.

1. Account balances on iOS and Android are shows a different values! 2. Permissions in Group sharing is not working correctly! 3. Poor support! Closed ticket without solving issue!
