I've had good experiences with this app...suits my needs for tracking and logging run perfectly. I don't use the pace alert or heart rate features so I cannot comment on those.

This app sometimes has some bugs but essentially I can look at and map runs all around the world. I travel a lot and this app is my go to for exploring routes.

I bought the app as I use their web version and the web version is great. The app: -doesn't have all my routes that I created online -doesn't show "My Routes". When I select "My Routes" it shows all the other routes in the area and it's hard to find my ones -when I click on "Report a problem" to highlight the above points nothing happens -the UX has a lot of room for improvement and needs it. It takes a while to work out how to find what you're looking for and isn't intuitive. I need to add that I have not used the tracking part or the training of the app so I don't know how good/bad that aspect is. I haven't used it because of my frustration of the above. I really like what they've done with their website which is why I'm disappointed with their app.
The app has no verbal cues

It doesn’t track calories and worst of all- it has no verbal cues regarding my training plan. If I am tuning the last I want is to either constantly looking at my watch or checking my phone. I was really excited about the training plans, but the app is useless if it doesn’t give you feedback until after you have finished your run.
More than disappointing

I have been using their outstanding web app and decided - after almost three years - to purchase the app for iPhone. What a disappointment! It doesn’t show my routes. The search function doesn’t work. Creating a route manually is practically impossible. The whole app is useless. I contacted their customer support but nobody has responded so far. As much as I would like to say otherwise: stay away from this app until they have corrected the bugs. The web app is still excellent, though.

Love this App! So easy to set-up your own running routes and track your training. GPS tracking is excellent and the blog columns are informative too!
