App won’t let me begin

Stich123

I already have a subscription and it keeps taking me through the set up process but won’t go past the payment screen.

Misleading!

Orchard house

I followed a link from Facebook, subscribed and it wouldn’t let me progress. I assumed it was because I had set a goal during the set up that may not have been achievable in one month. However, when I resell extend the three month option, it charged me again and still wouldn’t let me progress. I think it wanted me to select the one year option. Dishonest app. Don’t buy it!

No help

afmal57

I submitted 3 messages asking fir help but only a canned response each time. The calendar within the app is not 2021, it’s 4 days off. When I use the program on my iPhone 12 no data are shown- no steps, calories, distance. So what’s the point? I was so hopeful because I like the idea of the built-in pacing. But that alone is not worth the price. The most disappointing is the lack of technical help. The canned reply was useless. Well, it did provide instructions on how to get a refund, so maybe that’s telling.

Offensive Paid App I Will Not Use

SallyCheese

For starters, it asks if your body type is “flabby”. I’m not sure if this app was created by an English-speaker, but that word is considered derogatory— not a great start, WalkFit. Second, they ask for height and weight (fine) to calculate BMI, even though BMI has been widely discredited as even an indicator of health— activity, not weight, is a greater indicator of overall health. Third, it looks to just be a paid app with no free option. I couldn’t find a way to X out of the page with paid plans. So answering all their questions was a waste of time as I don’t want to pay to have an app tell me to walk.

Free my backside ?

Said it was free, well I filled out all the information and then it said my plain was ready and would cost me $30 to see it. Not so free after all.

So many bad reviews

jdream22

I was excited about this app until the price popped up. And realized many of these features for something like this should be free. Just another app trying to make more money than it’s worth. With all the bad reviews and your price is still $20 a month?? Won’t be getting my money.

Unable to transfer subscription to a new phone

Lohan&Cyrus

I bought 1 year subscription on my iPhone 12. My iPhone 13 came today and when I opened the app on my iPhone 13 I had to go through the whole sign up again since there’s no login screen. I went through the whole process of entering my goal and my body statistics again but it won’t let me continue since it recognizes that I do have 1 year subscription but I couldn’t click continue. I’m stuck and cannot transfer my subscription from my old phone to my new phone.

Don’t buy. Bait for more and more money

This has absolutely no value at all. You have to pay to find out you Jane to pay more. You get more with Apple Health

Awful. Don’t be scammed like me

I bought this app and it is awful. I connected it to my phone data and it is giving me less than half the steps from my iPhone/Apple Watch. Also, you cannot use with a treadmill. I tried to use the contact button to ask questions and that also didn’t work. Would love to figure out how to get a refund as I purchased yesterday, but finding that unlikely
