Charged me after I canceled

I did the trial and immediately asked for them to cancel through the support link. No one answered me back and I was charged after the 7th day. There is no clear place to cancel the subscription leaving only the support link to request. Now I don’t know if I will ever be able to end this subscription. I have put in another request. Do not sign up for the trial, they will take your money and run with no way to end it! 0 stars

I cannot find how to cancel this. I wanted to try the trial and without my knowledge you started charging my card monthly. I did email the address you put on another review. This seems to be an ongoing problem with this app. CANCEL this immediately.

I tried to cancel. It says to turn off auto renew. No such setting. I was charged after I cancelled also. Total BS. No way to stop it. And to stop charges. I request a full refund

I tried this for the first time today and a coach starts you off and then nothing. I tried to include music through iTunes and still nothing. What’s the deal?

I’m wondering why you pretend to be a free app but have to sign up for a subscription in order to go into the app. With the other reviews I saw, I would want to try first to see if it fit me but won’t with the problems everyone has canceling subscriptions.
