Must have ringer on for it to sound. Therefore, if you get a phone call in the middle of the night there's your wake up call. SMH!
creative idea, but never rings

It never rings... I admit it's an creative idea to let real people wake you up in the morning. There are only several people's voice to choose from, if you want to change, you need to pay. But the problem is, it doesn't functional as it describes, I checked my phone is not in mute mode, and other alarms works perfectly, but this never rings.

I read about Waky in a how to article on becoming a morning person. It couldn't be more accurate, usually I hate waking up and am a zombie after being catapulted out of bed by a screeching alarm. I don't speak a word of Russian, but whatever Eugene is saying is so calming, it gets me out of bed in the morning. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and waking up and have tried tons of alarms, this is the best app! My only tip would be to go into settings and set your iPhone to Do Not Disturb mode and set it on an automatic timer like so that it shuts off right before Waky is due to wake you up, that way you can sleep without the bing or emails, texts or calls!
Must turn off auto-lock and leave app on top!

Ok, I love the concept of this app. I love the Nichole voice. Positive, peaceful and happy wakeup. I couldn't wait to wake up to something better than BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!!! But next morning, the only thing worse... NOTHING! The alarm didn't go off and I was late to work. Booooo! Bad form! So I got to fiddling with it and discovered a few things. First, it will not go off unless the app is sitting on top and open. As in, it has to be the last thing you do with your phone at night EVERY night, because if you shrink it down it won't go off. If you use any other app afterwards it won't go off. Second, I do mean o-p-e-n. If your auto-lock activates and turns the screen dark, it won't go off. So you have to go into Settings > General > Auto-lock > Never. But I like my auto-lock! I don't want to have to turn it on and off every day and night. This is a nifty app, it really is. But that's just too much hassle to remember every night. I'll delete and wait for an upgrade that allows it to operate like a typical alarm clock interface.

I trust alarm clock apps to wake you up. Great idea but it doesn't work at all. I prefer to wake up, not to discover that the app doesn't work. I got written up for showing up to work late. Uninstalled this pos.
