Does it work with Do Not Disturb/Silent/Airplane mode?
==================================
Yes but the app should be running on screen over night.

Do i need to leave the app running On Screen over night?
======================================
To enjoy the best features like Slap, Flip and Shake you should leave the app running on screen over night and charging to not drain battery.

What happens if i lock the screen or close the app?
==================================
You will receive a notification at the time of your next alarm but in order to work Do Not Disturb and Silent mode should be off.

Does it run in iPad/iPod?
=================
Yes but as iPad and iPod doesn't have the proximity sensor you will not be able to Slap/Flip.

after testing numerous alarm clock apps this seems to be the best i could find. it is a basic clock alarm without all the fluff which is what I was looking for.

This alarm clock app is the Best!! It’s fantastic!!
The Teaman

I have downloaded/purchased dozens+ alarm clock apps looking for the features I thought would make a great alarm clock. But sadly none measured up UNTIL I found this app. It wasn’t quite there but very close so I wrote to the author (Pedro) and incredibly he liked my suggestions and incorporated them into the app. Now it’s the BEST alarm clock app of all I’ve found!! Here’s why: * Display numbers: why do 95% of alarm clock apps think the look of the ‘70s digital number display or flip digit numbers is the way to go? It’s ugly and so old school. Why not clean smooth numbers. This app has that. Beautiful display. * Easy shut off: Many alarm apps give you a tiny button that takes precisions greater than I have in the groggy morning to find and touch. Since I always turn OFF my alarm (rather than snooze it) why not allow the ENTIRE screen to be the button! Pedro now offers that exact feature in the app! In fact he offers multiple methods to turn off the alarm. * Easy to set the alarm time: I like as few taps to set or activate the alarm as possible. Some apps have you go through so many multiple hoops to do this but this app makes it super easy. Touch the time display and you are presented large numeric dials to set the alarm time. Touch the check mark button to return Home. Now just swipe the screen to the right and your quick alarm time is activated. You can also set multiple presets. Activating one of them only requires (from the Home time display) a touch on the clock icon in the lower left to display all presets. Find the one you want and do a slide-right gesture. It’s active. Touch the checkmark and you are done. Either way, your next alarm time is displayed on the Home screen in the corner so you can easily see the alarm is set and at what time it will go off. * This app has the other key features others also have but are not absent in this, filling out a full set of features I think are important. ** En/Disable Snooze (I turn this off) ** En/Disable Weather (I turn this off) ** iTunes music or built in sounds ** iTunes music option allows selecting multiple tracks and random plays them so you don’t wake to the same song every morning. ** Fade in the alarm volume. It used to provide control of this but he found so many people liked it, it’s now integrated into the app for all. It’s nice not being jolted awake as the music gradually increases in volume until you finally wake up. ** Flashlight with a tap on the screen. I turn off the room lights, then head for the bed. It’s nice having a light to keep from stubbing my toes. I’ve found the author very accessible and he listens to suggestions. He implemented several of mine. While I found the quick alarm so easy to use, I still paid the $1.99 in app purchase to get the ability to create multiple alarms because he deserved it. I enjoy having multiple pre-sets anyway. I love this alarm app and think you will too. Just download it and access it. Try the 4 different ways to shut off the alarm and see if you don’t like at least one of them. BTW you don't need an internet connection to create an alarm as one reviewer claims. You would need it for weather data to display on the screen but that just makes sense.

Perfect & simple
Cheri12

Exactly what I was looking for a night stand clock that was basic easy to use. Love the swipe of hand in front of camera eye to snooze!

No wakie

As far as I can tell this app doesn't do what it's supposed to. I've tried it 3 nights in a row and have not had an alarm sound yet. My apple watch buzzed on my wrist one morning but I was already awake. I bought this for the sleep analysis function and that worked one of the 3 days. Bottom line: I would not trust this app to actually wake me up if I needed it to.

Not that easy
sandrobrvix

Stop using native alarm is acceptable when something is way better and easier - it is not the case. I would stay with native alarm. This app is too complicated for something supposed to be simple.
