when I turn the weather on every time I open the app it keeps crashing

I'm no dummy when it comes to the internet and computers, that's for sure. All my alarm settings were perfect two nights in a row and the thing never went off. Volume is all the way up, too, by the way. I wrote them 3 days ago and have yet to hear back.

Downloaded the app thinking that this is just what I need. It has never worked, I wrote for support and never received a response. How do you rate as totally useless.
