You can’t call, you can’t get refunded, and when you pay by card your order gets debunked to the lowest priority.. before you order the website will “guarantee a 24 hour shipping” then immediately when payment is done, you would receive your conformation email along with another email asking you to be “patient” your order will be late... 24 hours 48 hours...... endless loop..

اسوا من السئ طلبت من عندهم تريقر للتصوير خرابيط كانه حق العاب وطلبت البوكسات للتصوير مره سيئه و١١٠ واشكيت عليهم بوزاره الاتجاره لكن للاسف كل مره يقولون بنرفع الشكوى لكن ماسوو شي اخر مره اعيد التجربه واشتري منه موقع سئ جدا وصيني

Still waiting for our order to be delivered since 3 days, we made an order, chose the time slot, they sent a message to confirm, half an hour later they called to reschedule it for the next day and then they disappeared, nobody called, the order was not delivered. Useless!

I used to shop from this app and i liked it but lately it looks like some Chinese app with low quality products nothing worth it
