You will never be able to cancel the auto-renewal subscription. It has to be done according to their draconian process, and draconian is an understatement. They will do everything they can to decline your auto-renewal cancellation, including demanding your Paypal account Id so that they can invoice you for the renewal. I went through the 290 some odd one-star reviews and I am far from being the only customer with billing problems. Some are billed twice, once by Apple, and the other by Vyprvpn. They payed twice without any recourse. Also, many 5 star reviews are highly suspicious. One of the best starts with 5 stars with only comment:"does not work". Inquiring minds do wonder.
I’ve had this application for about 3+ years. It worked well, but can be slow. It started having problems in February where it would stop working. You had to disconnect and reconnect about every 15-30 minutes. This happens on multiple newer iPhones, XS Max and iPads. I’ve tried to get help from technical support. They have you try every conceivable configuration setting. Nothing they recommend works. Now they just want to close the ticket. They email me that without responding to them within two days they will close the ticket. They don’t care about fixing the problem, just closing the ticket. I’ve noticed other reviews note similar problems with the application and the company response is to contact customer service. If you do, you will be treated to a process that wastes your time, and includes not reading your comments and asking you to do everything you told them you already did. After retest, documenting and emailing, they want you to just go away when the application doesn’t work. Btw... don’t expect any money back if you cancel, and cancelling has its own challenges. I’d recommend using a different vpn provider.
What is the problem with using this with ios? It disconnects like every minute even if it is in a reconnect mode
Had an issue with logging in and contacted customer service twice and never heard back but that seems to be the trend with these VPN companies. The service is fast and somewhat reliable but disconnects when I haven’t been on my iPhone and iPad so I’m CONSTANTLY re-connecting. I only signed up for the 3 month plan. I won’t be subscribing again to this VPN.
I don’t know why at the end of this October,the app for both iPhone and MacBook don’t work at all.What’s wrong with it? Why every time ,it often come up news issues while the protocol is released ?

This VPN was great in the past, however, now it constantly disconnects. I have to go into the app itself, cancel the connection, then reselect to connect. It happens constantly even when in use. Also, it will disconnect but stay on the internet, so if you are not paying attention you can be online unprotected without realizing it. There is no option to disconnect the internet automatically when the VPN stops working.
