Great follow up to desktop app

I use the desktop app mostly but this app sure comes in handy and allows me to get documents for work quickly on my phone for later use
Found then can't find scanner

When I started the app up it gave me two choices: 1) options and 2) scan so, I chose scan. A window then popped up and VueScan found my scanner so, I closed the options window and when I went to “scan” the document, it told me it couldn’t find my scanner and it gave me an unknown error. I have a brand new iPad 9.7/6th generation. I really wish this program would work. I sent feedback to the author and I haven’t heard back from him at all. This is a shame because I’ve used VueScan on my desktop for years and I love it.I also have VueScan on my galaxy note 8 and it works fine from there.
Worked great for quite a while....now it just doesn’t

I had this program for a while and it worked perfectly. There was a recent update to the program, and now it will no longer scan. It finds the scanner, but it won’t scan. I wish it still worked. Now me and the entire team that use it are looking for another program. They are all having the same issue.

The desktop application is the best Althea the mobile down low for $4.99 is a piece of trash I can’t even do any customization just a standard scanner app that I wasted my money on.

Works with a true scanner. BUT, no support any more! Would like to see workflow from scan to: Step 1: Dropbox(cloud) or Edit or Markup or PDF or Print Step 2: Dropbox(cloud) (Save) Do not want to use the iPad camera for scanning (shadows). I will purchase an update version supporting external scanners with bells and whistles. Thanks.

I have had VueScan for a long time and it initially worked with my HP 5660 printer scanner, awhile back it stopped selecting it when I searched for it, the scanner still works with my computer but not with VueScan. I have numerous times let the developer know about my problem but have not received an acknowledgement that they even care about supporting their product. Peter
